How it works:
Group training sessions are on a drop-in basis so there is no need to sign up for any particular day/time in advance.
Workouts vary depending on the phase of training we're in. Motiv8's group training is periodized and builds upon previous week's workouts. The beauty of our design lies in our progressions and regressions. Every exercise in every workout has a progression and regression to accommodate all skill levels -- beginner to advanced.
Every session is led by a trainer who keeps you pushing hard as well as working with proper form. It's like personal training with a community spirit. The energy you get from working out around your peers is a huge benefit that often leads to lasting friendships as well.
Throughout your membership there are added perks including periodic seminars led by our trainers and outside industry professionals which all members are encouraged to attend.

We highly suggest you commit to 12 weeks before deciding upon any program's effectiveness whether it's one of our's or one of our competitors. However, we never "handcuff" anyone to a long-term contract. If you dislike a service, be it cable TV, gym memberships, tanning, etc, YOU SHOULDN'T BE FORCED TO DEAL WITH SOMETHING YOU DON'T LIKE!
